Physical Products

We do offer refunds if your book arrives looking like it went ten rounds with Mike Tyson. We don't do refunds for "oopsies" or "whoopsies" or "I didn't really need that, did I?". However, if the product arrives in a sad state, like a puppy in the rain, we'll be happy to replace or refund it. Just make sure to send us photographic proof. Digital Products

Once you download our digital products, there's no going back, my friend. It's like jumping out of a plane - once you're out, you're committed. That's why we don't offer refunds on digital products. But don't worry, we promise our products are so good, you won't want to ask for a refund anyway. It's like that feeling you get when you bite into a juicy burger, or tofu sausage, or peach (you get the gist) - you know you made the right choice, even if it's a little messy. So go ahead, take the leap and download our digital products. We'll be here to catch you if you fall.

Damages and issues

Listen, we're not perfect - we may have sent you a potato instead of that shiny new textbook. So, please give your order a quick once-over when it arrives, and if you spot anything wonky, contact us faster than a cheetah chasing its prey. Whether your item is damaged, defective, or you've received something completely different from what you ordered, we'll take care of it and make it right.


We know that getting a refund can be as thrilling as watching paint dry, but if your refund is approved we promise to process your refund on your original payment method as quickly as possible. Just keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need some extra time to process and post the refund too, so please be patient! Refunds, on average, will take around 2 weeks to process.
